Afflowent

In my previous career, managing hotels and resorts around the world, I met the most incredible people from different backgrounds, cultures, nationalities as well as different levels of wealth. We hosted royal families in London, UK, CEO's, founders and independently wealthy individuals in Dubai, UAE, as well as celebrities, in Vienna, Austria, and San Diego, USA. There were the "want to be's" and those who simply lived in the "flow" and didn't carry their wealth on their sleeve.  

And for the past decade, in my second career, I have been working with successful individuals, families and businesses in the world of Wealth Management. You could say, my role has been that of the financial quarterback.

What has become clear, is that it takes a certain mindset toward money, a level of confidence and competence and an ease to communicate around finances. 

I also learned that money doesn't always bring up the most positive emotions in us (yes including me!). And with more and more women approaching me for education, empowerment and the deep desire to learn and feel relaxed around money, I felt the urge to start a movement around financial empowerment for all women, around the globe! 

And this is when "Afflowent" was born. The state of Afflowence suggests that we live in an abundance mindset, feel at ease, attract the flow of money, and simply live a rich and fulfilled life. Join us in our quest to live an afflowent life and spend quality time with like minded women on the journey to financial empowerment.
